I ordered a paddle after seeing the one at the tournament and got the 10% discount for signing up on BNB's website. Then I heard about the discounts coming for Black Friday, and I had just gotten a shipping confirmation. So I canceled the order, without question they sent me a return label since they could not stop the shipment. I then got an email from BNB saying they hoped I would reconsider in the future. I replied I would as soon as the sale was on. They offered the full discount as a credit on my credit card.
If the paddle is as good as the customer service, it will be awesome!
